A trial lawyer first and foremost, Andrew Michael Luther has successfully defended physicians to verdict in multiple medical negligence and wrongful death cases in his career. Mr. Luther’s practice specialties include premises liability, medical negligence, wrongful death, general tort law defense, and appellate work. He is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and has tried cases in both states. He has been with Luther & Associates since 2010.
Mr. Luther is a graduate of Indiana University and graduated cum laude from The University of Tulsa School of Law in 2008 where he served as a member and editor on the Tulsa Law Review. His Comment on the Oklahoma death penalty, entitled “The Deadly Consequences of Unreliable Evidence: Why Child Capital Rape Statutes Threaten to Condemn the Innocent Defendant to Death” was one of three student articles selected for publication by the Tulsa Law Review in 2007.
Mr. Luther lives in the City of St. Louis and is married with 3 children. He also has two dogs, two guinea pigs, and a hamster that bites hard.
